2019 Calendar “Elements”
Water element: trucking with a view – a fascinating natural display at the Iguazú Falls.
The water thunders down the U-shaped ravine up to 80 metres below – over a rim which is more than two and a half kilometres long. The waterfalls at Iguazú and the subtropical rain forest around them, with thousands of plants and animal species, form a spectacular natural sight: one that draws visitors from all over the world to the border region between Brazil and Argentina. You can even walk along safe paths right underneath the cascading water. However, so as not to impinge on the beauty of the place, the accommodation for visitors is a considerable distance away. The Actros is often used for delivery to the hotels – thus taking the drivers close up to this wonder of nature.

das Gebiet um die Wasserfälle von Iguazú ist gut erschlossen. Da es sich um einen Nationalpark handelt, ist der Zugang für Fahrzeuge strikt limitiert. Hier fahren nur Lkw, die mit Aufbau und Erhalt und Unterhalt der Infrastruktur zu tun haben. Trotzdem – das ist ein lohnendes Reiseziel! Am schnellsten kommst Du dahin, wenn Du bis zum Flughafen Cataratas del Iguazú (IGR) fliegst. Ab Madrid gibt es einen Direktflug mit Air Europa (Auftanken in Asunción). Schick uns Fotos! 😁😉
