Cheers! Rocky Kirschenlohr's beer truck
Classic vehicles
Second life as an eye-catcher – Rocky Kirschenlohr's L 710.
The model series.
Over 30,000 units of the L 710 rolled off the Mercedes-Benz Mannheim production line between 1961 and 1970. The economic boom in Germany at the time saw the short-nosed truck becoming a highly sought-after transport vehicle. The L 710 still bore the model designation L 323 until 1963 and was extremely well-received on the market. Among other things, this had to do with the fact that drivers with a category 3 driving licence at the time were also able to drive the vehicle.
